The founder of the Talent Crunch - Berlin community and "The Principal Recruiter" Consultancy, she pocketed 2 X Global Innovation awards with Zalando and Wayfair and now leads the Tech TA transformation for thermondo.
Passionate about career development and hiring excellence, Andreea shares her insights through her website, social media, and at various conferences, podcasts, and articles. Some of her notable achievements include establishing Wayfair’s Tech Development Centre in India, redesigning Zalando’s Product Management Interviewing Framework, and creating company-wide Internal Mobility programs.

The Human API: Deciding What to Automate, Augment and Protect
The engineering leaders document most software interface they build, yet the human interfaces on their own teams, who hold the context and who makes the calls, etc. get too little of that attention.
This session gives leaders a simple way to make that call, using three buckets for any task:
Automate: clear, low-risk work. Let AI do it.
Augment: AI does a first pass, a person reviews and decides.
Protect: judgement calls that are costly to get wrong. Keep a human on it.
Some tasks look easy to automate, but their real worth is the human judgement behind them.

We focus in on one: if AI does the junior work, where do the next senior engineers come from?
They use printed tools during the session and leave with a small pack for their leadership teams, and maybe HR too
