Claus is currently Head of Engineering at On, a global sportswear company founded in Switzerland. In his role, he supports cross-functional software teams that integrate On's business with external partners. He's the author of the Drawn to Leadership newsletter, where he shares leadership concepts. He is also the co-founder of the Build & Lead: Tech Leaders Berlin community, which organises workshop-style events.
